By accepting this agreement, you are confirming there is a real and valid relationship between you (the real estate agent) and the client (s) you are responsible for representing on Always Buyers. The real estate agent (agent) is responsible for any and all communication between users of Always Buyers. All data regarding clients and the agent will be protected and may be shared or sold with a third party. The agent takes full responsibility for all action(s) and communication that takes place on or because of Always Buyers.

It is Always Buyers' policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our platform. This privacy policy applies to www.Always Buyers.com, the Always Buyers IOS application and the Always Buyers Android application (hereinafter, “us”, “we”, “platforms” or “Always Buyers”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the various platforms. We have adopted this privacy policy (“privacy policy”) to explain what information may be collected on our platforms, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties.
